To schedule an appointment for any of the services offered at Alliance Health, please call us at 559-478-5833 during regular business hours of 9:00 am – 5:30 pm M-F. We will do our best to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for your schedule.
To expedite your call having the following information available will be helpful:
- Name, address and phone number
- Date of birth
- Insurance information
- Name of referring physician (or let us know if you are self-referral)
- Area of injury or pain
